Weight: 79.5 kgs A disappointing 4.5 kgs after 2 weeks. Not sure what I was expecting, but given I'm starving myself half to death, I thought that the "water" weight would be a bit more impressive. Fat loss however has been more than 3%, so that's definitely positive. I think once I reach the 75kg mark, I will feel like I've actually accomplished something. Still not loving black coffee with a dash of almond milk. Loving almonds and cashews - but we're talking about 12 individual nuts here! Greek yoghurt - yuck, even with blueberries. Getting at least 5 different vegies per day and protein. Slip ups - alcohol consumed (3 glasses of champagne at the neighbors), slice of sticky date cake, a few frantically shoveled teaspoons (so sad) of the fried rice I make for the kids. Damn the deliciousness of carbohydrates. 19 grams of plain Smiths crinkle cut chips... salt plus oil... mmm. My body hasn't adjusted to "shunning" bad carbs, but I...
